Luke Mornay’s journey began as a club DJ in Paris, leading to a prolific career as a producer and remixer. Collaborating with industry giants like Kylie & Dannii Minogue, The Killers, Kim Wilde, Amy Winehouse, Bob Marley, Craig Armstrong, Robbie Williams, Axelle Red to name but a few.
He has garnered Billboard #1 hits and Grammy-nominated work. Luke continues to push boundaries in music production. His recent ventures into mixing for Shakespeare Sister, Fine Young Cannibals, Siobhan Donaghy, Bananarama (featured on HBO), remixing classics, and developing Kulture Sounds signal an exciting future ahead.

The Story Behind Toolbox
I had this project in mind for years, but I didn’t feel like adding yet another sound pack to the market for the sake of it. Instead, I wanted to build a product that I would be excited to use myself.
I already had this massive vault of sounds collected over the years, and synths too. But this required a lot of HD space, endless folders, and I was relying too much on my brain to know exactly where to pick what.
Then came the question: why don’t you build a system that could help, serve others and turn it into a product? I also noticed that nothing was really taking full advantage of S1 Internal tools. That’s when Toolbox was born.
A timeless, not genre-related tool. Producers get all they need at their fingertips to set new trends, just like an instrument would.
The idea seemed simple enough but like I often say: in theory, everything is ideal… in reality, it’s much less glamorous :D.
Indeed, making Toolbox a reality was easier said than done, but like Voltaire once said: no problem can withstand the assault of sustained thinking. And so, it’s now here. Enjoy!
